OK so grandma is being harassed by a drug detective somewhere in maine for allegedly "overdosing" a 16 year girl on datura tea(she went to the hospital for the night because she didn't listen when she was told to have a babysitter and it not really something you take then go hang out in public, what kind of charges can they press against grandma?datura isn't illegal but this guys saying hes taking it to a grand jury, but he doesn't know what i gave her,so i think hes just trying to scare me,any comment's besides the fact im an idiot would be greatly appreciated.
