easiest mescaline cactus to cultivate from seed?
Hello,
I am interested in having a nice garden of psychoactive plants. I enjoy all aspects of growing plants from the seed. I live in a northeast state where it is winter soon. The temps are getting cold so outdoor cultivation is impossible. My plan would be a few grow lights (not a large scale or even med. growing op) just a few cacti growing. One, is this possible with a small amount of light? Two, What cacti is most resistant to cold temps. I am afraid I will keep them in my attic, and it may get too cold in the dead of winter because it's not heated. Could a small heater help or is that like just another drop in the ocean? Also, would it be much better to order a live cacti and just continue to grow it (my assumption a older cactus may be more resistant to the cold). The attic won't be freezing but I assume it may be colder than ideal conditions. Also, as the subject states which would be the easiest cactus to cultivate from seed, I would love to get a few san-pedros going and I am a green thumb but damn my location! If you have any suggestions or experience with any of these problems I would very much enjoy your advice.
Thanks alot!
