Snorting - Negative consequences of snorting vicodin pills

i know its bad to snort pills, because they have the acetaminophen in them.


SWIM has snorted a lot regardless, and is wondering if that could cause damage to lungs?


Also how bad is it for your nose to snort pills with 600Mg of acetaminophen in them (3 or 4 pills at a time)?


SWIM also has smoked pills, and i knowthat’s notgood for your lungs, but how much damage do you think could of been done only smoke maybe 1 or 2 pills in SWIM's life

This has been discussed quite extensively on this forum. Most people agree that snorting pills causes some form of damage to the nasal membranes, and the nose in general. Snorting vicoden is one of the worst, because there is such a small amount of hydrocodone and such a large amount of acetaminophen.

Snorting really has no advantage over taking the vicoden when you think about it. You might get a quick onset, but the effects don't last as long. To get a decent buzz, you would probably have to snort more than one, and that is a huge amount of anything to snort. Save yourself the nose bleeds and the pain...Just pop them and relax. There are better, more appropriate things to snort.

im not saying SWIM wants/is going to snort/smoke, SWIM has already snorted/smoked them, and wants to know if there could be any lung or nose damageEdited by: Red_Baran

Couldn't you just do a simple cold water extraction on the pills, evaporate
the water, and snort the resulting, fairly pure hydrocodone?

You ought to be fine if SWIM has only done this once or twice. Your body is pretty resilient.

as long as the pills are water sulible and can be absorbed throught membranes its always better, such as oxys are better bumped while klonopins dont bump well cuz they dont absorb through ur membrane...

SWIM is in the final stages of C.W.E. and it has been reported that there is a significant chance that the remnants of evaporation will be put to use in not only a nasal membrane absorption ceremony but also a lung ingestion procedure as well.

Of course, I warned SWIM of the possible negative, as well as the pleasant effects of such household chemistry...............

SWIM does not like to snort anything other then cocaine. SWIM has tryed snorting hydrocodone. Felt nothing what soever. Really is just a waste of a good pill. not worth the damage it does to your nasals.

the acetaminophen content in these pills can make them very bad to snort. plus because of the sheer size of most vicodin pills, there is more powder, much of which is binder, and will drip down to the stomach after irritating the mucous membrane. snorting the product of a CWE might be more feasible, since its more purified. not entirely good for the little pink noses of lab rats, but its much less harmful than making ten big lines from a full vicodin pill and going for it.
