SWIM boils kratom powder and two cups of water or so for 5 min, then cools it down a bit with water, and then drinks it all, plant material included.
Works for SWIM he says

Afoaf just drank some, didn't know how much of what to use so used like 8 grams and 200 ml of water and boiled it down and then drank it. They say it wasn't bad at all and could feel it pretty quick. My friend wants to know how long it lasts?
