Alone or With a Company?

How do you prefer to smoke pot - alone or with a nice company of fellow smokers?

I usualy prefer to smoke with a company and have great fun from letting them listening the follishnesses that come to my and my friends' brains. I somewhat feel not high enough when I smoke alone. I feel more lke usually. On the oter hand it is a good way to have an introspective view of your emotional and life problems. There are far better ways to tdo this (like shroomz for example) but weed is far more easier to bear. You can also watch TV, play games, listen to music or clean up the music for fun, while alone and nowhere to go.

yeah i get higher when i smoke alone cuz you dont have to wait through
a rotation to take hits and i like it cuz you have total control of how
much you smoke and everything. of course i smoke with people too and
probably a bit more than alone but smoking alone is hell of relaxing to
get to sleep or just to be chilled out when your bored. i dont find
getting high to be any kind of introspective or spiritual experience
though. i think you basically just feel lazy and tired and hungry and
kind of dumb. when i want to learn about myself i take some fuckin
psychedelics.

I smoke alone most of the time. I think pot is a good tool for feeling chilled and looking at your life in different ways. It can help you think things through before making decisions. And most importantly it can make you get to know yourself better.

When i smoke with friends i almost always wish i was at home by myself, listening to relaxing music and just letting go for a while.

I like your topic thus I will reply.

First I will tell you a relavnt story for analogies sake: it used to be I would smoke every night by myself which built up a tolerance, then for reasons beyond my control i had to stop and was only able to do it sparatically but now when i do do it its like bam with even small amounts. so here is how it fits in;
I used to only smoke with other ppl then found the joys of smoking alone now when i smoke with other ppl its awesome (if its with the right ppl) with good conversation good atmosphere yet smoking alone is still fuin because you can do... private things. So both have there benefits. Though I would say with ppl because the ppl ive smoked (for the majorit) are good folks

Most days that I Vaporize, it's at 6 AM ... on my Patio. This gets me ready to Face the Day, and get the Things done that I want to do. So, aside from my neighbor's cat popping over the fence for a few minutes, I am alone.


Most of the time I smoke with others is at one of the Berkeley Cannabis Buyers Clubs (or occasionally at one in SF). As funny at it sounds, I know VERY few people who Smoke ... and NO ONE who lives within 10 miles.

i smoke alone 90% of the time. why? because it saves you so much money and its more relaxing. and with me i get anxiety when i smoke and would rather not be around people the upppers is what keeps pple alive in a crowd

This is interesting in Bulgaria most people prefer smoking in a company. There was a similar topic in a bulgarian forum and practically none of the people there smoke alone. I personally don't smoke if there is nobody to smoke with I don't smoke. And the only reason to smoke alone is while tripping.

i love hanging out with good people and sharing in the groove, always a good time but i do need my alone time and sometimes i just wanna smoke a jay and lay naked on the couch n watch a movie all by my lonesome

i like to smoke at least once a day with the largest group of people i can, but i do smoke 3 or 4 times a day so i smoke 2 to 3 times aday alone. i aslo like to smoke with the widest variety of people possible, ive smoked with a homeless crackhead from baltimore, i have smoked with a 64 year old millionaire, ive smoked with 3 of my teachers, both of my parents, and a cop, it is very interesting seeing these peopels actions while high it is def alot different than those of yours and mine.

when it comes to getting HIGH AS A KITE, alone is the way to go, cause there is no passing and waiting, u just smoke it to the head, there is a problem however. if u blaze by yourself ALL the time, your gonna get used to it and tolerance will build up faster, it will come to a point where smoking with company will barely get u high just because of the delay between hits, smoking alone will be your only way to get REALLY high

Nobody has mentioned getting high with their girlfriend or boyfriend. It is most definitely the best situation to get baked in.

It's even better if you actually like the person though, they have to mean somehing to you

You get higher smoking alone but is is always better to have a nice little group to smoke with ya. That way yall can joke around and make each other laugh etc, but smoking alone is always nice because one bowl is enough to do the trick. When your with a grup youy always need atlest 2 bowls to satisfy everyone.

SWIM likes smoking alone and with a group equally, but they are
different experiences. Smoking with a group is fun, as long as its with
people you like. It also breaks social tension, and therefore is a
useful tool for getting to know someone. Smoking alone is good for
self-reflection, and as has been mentioned in this thread, you do get
higher. SWIM likes to smoke alone in the morning and smoke with friends
in the evening.
