Just Received My Kava & Kratom

Hello All,


Long time no post, but I'm back with a question or two for the "Pro"
Kava users here..


Just received my order of Kava and Kratom today from the shaman
place, so I was pretty excited to try both, as I have heard good
things about this supplier.


About an hour ago, I mixed one and a half table spoons full of my
Kratom in a very small amount of orange juice, and I must say that I
am pretty happy at this time. I think I will try about three table
spoons full next time around.


But, my questions this time are about the Kava.


I have done a Kava search here in the forums, and here is what I
have gathered so far. please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.


1) I should store my Kava in the freezer to keep it fresh



2) For best experience, I should use some amount of vegi oil, and mix
with the Kava.


Okay, if the above is true, then here are my questions:


1) When mixingmy Kava with vegi oil, what type of a mix ratio should
I be shooting for?



2) Would a "Pro" Kava user be kind enough to walk me through the
steps of this process, and what I should do prior to ingestion for
maximum effect?



3) Has anyone tried Kava and Kratom together, and if so, what were
the effects. (This would be for later testing, as I want to try the
Kava by itself first)


I appreciate any info that you care to share with me on this.
