Modern Day Ayahuasca

SWIDP has the necessary botanicals to make Ayahuasca and they really want to try it, but they don't want to be puking etc. They also have a few grams of DMT, Harmaline, and Harmine so they rather go with the pure extracted substances, which should reduce the amount of side effects. It's also nice that a calculated dose can be taken in a gel cap this way, but what's a good amount to start with? Have other people tried experiencing Ayahuasca this way?
