2CI cross tolerance with Mushrooms?

Anyone know if mushrooms/2CI are cross-tolerant? I know Mescaline/mushrooms exhibit quite a stiff cross-tolerance, at least if taken within 24 hours of eachother.

If SWIM were to experience a 16mg 2CI trip, would he have any issues with ~2g of good cubensis 36 hours later?
