Effects - body high from cocaine?

Hi, im new to the forum and a new coke user too. Just wanted to ask if coke affects your body in any way, as in is it just a mental high or do you get any pleasureful sensations all around your body? Something comparable to ecstasy rushes maybe?

It's much differentthan ecstasy, but there is definately euphoria. it makes you feel really numb, and confident. It also makes you think that you are thinking much more clearly, when you probably are not.
