I have absolutely no clue what you lot would call this in english but in my area we call em souflé's.
The base form of this is the other guy putting the joint with the lit end in his mouth and blowing the smoke out for you to inhale.
A very popularmethod in my group is called a 'liftje' which could be translated to lift i guess although squatting is more acurate.
Here's how it works , the guy giving it will put his hands, thumbs under chin, around his mouth. You do the same and you form a closed tunnel for the smoke to go.
Now he will squat slowly while you inhale the smoke, once he's squatted he'll start blowing a bit harder and rise pretty fast while your supposed to follow upand inhale very deep.
After your standing again you keep the smoke in and try to do an additional 10 squats beforeexhaling the smoke.
Be carefull: i've once almost burned my airways doing this with a joint that was burning to hot. For the rest just fall back in your sofa and enjoy the rush
