Health - Liver inflammation from alcohol?

About 4 nights ago i went out and drank insane amounts of alcohol including a good 6 shots of moonshine. Worst thing about it is not that i blacked out and everybody was worried bout me, its that since then, my liver has been killing me.


I cannot strain my stomach, and cannot put any pressure on that area whatsoever. I have called my doctor and he said acute liver inflammation ... acute hepatitis. Meaning i should have these unberalbe at times pains for another 1-2 weeks.


What is up?? when i oded on DXM i remember i had the same pain in my liver only that day when i got back from hospital, and i could not get up, the next day i was fine.


Now it seems like i have a broken rib or a gunshout wound, it is really beginning to annoy me as i cannot do some day to day activities with the ease i coudl before?


Does anyone have any suggestions besides DONT DRINK FOR A WHILE, or any other clues to what it could be?
