Disagree... ISE crack is terrible stuff, and few would confess to using it recreationally. Heroin/Meth, maybe. Maybe.

Also, there are quite a few psychedelic users out there, particularly if you include Marijuana in the category. I don't mean regular psychedelic users, just folks who've tried something or other and enjoyed it, and who would rate it much higher than '1'. Don't forget how big MDMA is these days as well... is that 'psychedelic'?

I don't think Swiy's use of other drugs makes him hate psychedelics; I just meant that different personality types are attracted to different drugs. Some people like things that relax them and dislike anything stimulating. Others like being stimulated and hate anything that makes them feel slow or stupid. Neither is right or wrong; they're just different.

I suspect that psychedelics appeal to a smaller subset of persons than cocaine or amphetamines or opiates. More recreational ones, such as MDMA or 2C-I, probably appeal to more individuals than 2C-E or 5-MeO-DMT. It's just a guess, but I believe that most people would choose something they know is going to make them feel good over something that might be unpleasant (or even terrifying).

SWIM is a relative newbie. SWIM is 32 and tried the following in his teens (therefore the ratings are based on his distant memories and might be vastly different if he were to try them today):

Diazepam (Valium) = 8 = SWIM liked this very much, used to take it on Sunday evenings and then watch the British comedies, felt euphoric

Trifluoperazine (Stelazine) = 2 = SWIM made a mistake taking this, felt awful for two days!

Codeine = 4 = not all that great

Cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril) = 4 = SWIM felt like a cooked spaghetti noodle, funny experience with friend but not all that impressive as a drug

Carisoprodol (Soma) = 7 = SWIM found a good size stash of this in his physician father's closet, some euphoria, some numbing, some mental vacation, overall the right experience at the right time but probably wouldn't do it today

Cannabis = 9 = SWIM absolutely loved and reveres his experiences with this, hasn't seen any in eight or nine years now but credits it with several wonderful destiny-altering effects, SWIM always had relatively intense reactions, almost trip-like, one point deducted for paranoia

Alcohol = 5 = SWIM had some interesting/good times with this, also a few harrowing experiences

Tobacco = 2 = SWIM's glad he quit six years ago and will never touch another

Now, of drugs SWIM has tried in "modern times":

Alcohol = 4 = SWIM can easily control his intake but just doesn't get much out of it, although SWIM mentions that drinking lots of box wine over the weeks of the '06 NBA playoffs was a riot

DXM = 8 = SWIM has really enjoyed getting to know this drug over the past three months; SWIM is taking a vacation from DXM due to allergy medication use during March and April, but looks forward to continuing his involvement with this late in May

Salvia = 7 = SWIM has only had two successful experiences, and several complete duds, using this plant (in standardized 5x form), but has enjoyed the sights and feelings so far; SWIM sees great potential here but seeks to steer clear of the pitfalls

2c-i - 7 SWIM tripped on 2c-i once. felt like a combination of mushrooms (but with crisper visuals) and amphetamines. amazing body high/euphoria.
Ecstasy - Again SWIM did X on one occasion. SWIM felt that the tabs were mostly MDMA but also with a bit of MDA in them as well do to the rather heavy visual aspect of the roll.

Hallucinogens:

Mushrooms-1/8 out of 10= 1 is swims worst experiences on shrooms!!!!!!!! 8 was some of the best euphoric shrooms swims done and some bad ass visuals!!!

LSD-9/10= WAAAYYY better than shrooms!!! Less of a mind fuck and incredibly real looking hallucinations, along with the closest euphoria to opiates and ecstasy!!!

Dissociatives:

Dextromethorphan-10/10= Swim has MUCH experience with DXM and has reached the 5th plateau!!! CRAZY!!! Swim is not a fan of low doses at all, however 1500- 2200mgs is incredible and swim thinks a K-hole would be very similar!!!???

Salvia-4/10= Swim has tried salvia in 5x extract and up to 21x, however the time swim brokethrough (also his LAST TIME!) was with some quality 7x product out of a pretty large bong and GOOD LORD!!!
Swim thought the world had ended and was fake! He was just an island looking thing (which was a dimension to him), there were 7 people in the room and each person was a different dimension!!! 1 guy stood up and swim felt the universe had ripped!!! Much more but this is getting too long already...

N2O (nitrous)-7/10= Swim really liked this when he was 16-17 years old.

Swim has not yet had connections to get Ketamine but would love to try it intravenously or intramuscular!!!

Stimulants:

Methamphetamine-6/10 great energy and focus but not much euphoria smoked or snorted...

Meth IV-9/10 GREAT RUSH! and steady high with great euphoria but harsh comedown!

Cocaine-8/10= Great high and euphoria insuflated but too short of a high...

Coke IV-10/10= This is swims one of his 2 top favorite highs, the other being opiates IV!

Amphetamine-7-8/10= Adderall has a nice steady buzz to it, but speed off the street is of lower quality.

propylhexedrine-4/10= Nice stimulation, however very bad headache and nausea!!! Kinda gross...???

Benzodiazepines:

Alprazolam-10/10= Not much of a high but GREAT for any anxious situation or a night chillin'!!!

Clonazepam-10/10= Just as much anxiolytic props as Xanax but it takes longer to kick in, however it lasts a full day for swim!!!

Diazepam-6/10= Too weak so it takes way too many pills (70-100mgs), but the super long half life and metablites are quite realxing for a LONG TIME! Haha

Lorazepam-5/10= Swim has never gotten anything out of ativan for some reason and has taken up to 12mgs or so to get a LITTLE BUZZ!!!

Chlordiazepoxide-6/10= pretty similar to va;ium with less euphoia.

Swim REALLY WANTS to try Temazepam, Oxazepam, and Midazolam!!! However he CANNOT find any!!!??? Been trying for years!!!

Zolpidem- Ambien is not a benzo but acts very similar on GABA receptors. He found it to be REALLY euphoric!!! MUCH MORE THEN ANY BENZO SWIM HAS TRIED!!!

Swim has a VERY HIGH benzo tolerance and DOES NOT advise anyone with no tolly to benzos to try the dose swim takes!!!!!!!

Opiates:

Oxycodone-10/10=This is swims 100% ABSOLUTE FAVE substance!!! He gets great euphoria and stimulation on lower doses and loves nodding on high doses!!!
Swim has a HIGH TOLERANCE to opioids as he was hooked for 4 years and has been on Suboxone for about 8 months!

OC IV injectection-13/10= 1 word... INCREDIBLE, like being slammed by a euphoria train!!!

Heroin-10/10= Swim finds VERY SIMILAR to OC!

Hydrocodone-8/10= Not as euphoric as OC or H but has a nice buzz to it...

Tramadol-7/10

Methadone-9/10= Great trip to 'noddy nod land'!!! SUPER POTENT!

Fentanyl-11/10= Great euphoria and a SUPER CLEAN HIGH!!! Def up there with H and OC!

Hydromorphone-9/10= gives a great body high...

Hydromorphone IV-10/10= GREAT rush and fairly long lasting!!!???

Codeine-4/10= Swim never could get high off codeine but it's probably 'cause swim has a HUGE TOLLY!!!???

Propoxyphene-1/10= Swim personally finds this stuff junk...???

Varous:

Ecstasy-8/10= These days it is hard tofind good quality MDMA pills but def an 8 when they're good.

Weed-5/10= Swim used to love bud but got burnt out on it so just smokes kind bud, mainly as a potentiater for other drugs.

Quetiapine (Seroquel)-10/10= NO RECREATIONAL value but GREAT SLEEP!!!

Melatonin-10/10= Same as above reasons... GREAT REST and awesome dreams!!! Swim uses 3mgs every night before bed!

Clonidine-7/10= Good sleep and some anxiety relief also.

Gabapentin-9/10= Swim is supposedly 1 of the 1 in 4 people to get recreational effects from it!!!??? His body feels similar to X's body tingling in the limbs!!!

Codeine 1 - Just did itch.
Cannabis 3 - Once addicted to it, but no it lost its potential. When he smokes, he only feels sleepy. With opium it can be nice.
Alcohol 3 - Social accepted and easy to get. Difficult addiction to beat. Leads paradoxically to unsocial behavior.
*pam 4 - Better than alcohol, no hangover. Still wont touch it too much.
Ether 5 - 8 for the hallucinations, 2 for its nastiness. Dangerous, possible brain damage and quite addicting.
Kratom 6 - Easy and manageable compound. Cheap, easy to get. Nice mix between stimulation and relaxation. Nothing too special.
Morphine 6 - Quite dull in the ferrets opinion. Nodding is nice though.
DXM (low dose) 6 - Strange high. Would try deeper.
Nicotine (snuff) 6 - Quite nice once in a while. Loses it charm after a week use.
Salvia (low dose) 7 - Cool open eye visuals, some hints there is more there to explore.
Ketamine (mid dose) 7 - Strange high, almost like nitrous, but milder and somehow different. Subtle drugs. Dissociative.
Tramadol 7 - Addictive stuff, but manageable, also nice mix between stimulation and relaxation.
Cocaine 7 - Fun once in a while. Not too special in swims opinion.
Pfpp/Bzp/Meopp 7 - Not addicting, but nice. Mild effects almost no side-effects. Bzp can have a body load. Meopp and pfpp give insights.
Amphetamines 7 - Nasty body load. Good euphoria.
Caffeine 7 - Nice taste, some body load. Crappy euphoria.
Modafinil 8 - No body load. Strange euphoria. Powerful focus. Good stimulant.
Mdma 8 - Nice introspective compound.
Opium 8 - Nice visions, total relaxation. Can be quite addicting.
GBL 8 - Not to addicting, but with all the positives of alcohol minus the hangover and with some added stimulatory effect. Also nice to mix with stimulants to get the sharp edge off.
Nitrous (N2O) 9 - Easy on the body, great high. Can be combined with other stuff.
Mushrooms 9 - Once in a while, but great fun. Powerful experiences come forth from this.

weird, and very real. lots of auditory hallucinations got a little annoying, but slipping into a jungle was cool, and it's very relaxing.

got swim goofy, off a mild dose. way to similar to alcohol, but swim wants to try this out a little more.

a lot more cleaner than cousin oxy, and great at all doses

more relaxing than hydrocodone, but swim feels more dirty while intoxicated, and while comming down.
morphine - 9
the best of all of the sinthetic opiates swim's done. very fun, relaxing, clean, and had great mobility, with of course legendary nods

being all opiates in one, how could you go wrong. plus it's smoked, in a chillin fasion. at first it's a lot like morphine, very upbeat, then slips into an oxycontin style high, but still VERY enjoyable.

how fun! you can never know what's going to happen, and it's legal!

swim's never done anything over 30x, but just from 5x and 20x he can tell that this is god's drug, and truley a way to see what's in swim's head

weed-8, Great high in social situations and can make anything more fun. Only drawback is the drowsiness and lack of motivation that can occur.

Oxycodone-7, Nice feel good and warm type high. SWIM itches like a crack fiend when on the syrup forms.

Hydrocodone-6, Decent high but isn't anything special. Reminds SWIM of a weak perc high.

Morphine-9, Strong euphoria but intense itching and sometimes nausea.

Tramadol-7, Decent feel good high but usually requires large doses.

Amphetamines-10, Strong euphoria. SWIM's favorite part is the energy and motivation the drug gives unlike almost any other drugs.

Cocaine-6, The high is great but the high price and short high always leave SWIM feeling empty and broke.

DXM-USUALLY 8, It's a nice trippy high with a strong physical buzz. Only thing SWIM doesn't care for is getting into sticky or decisive situations, DXM doesn't allow for easy concentration and clear thought =P

Mushrooms-6, It's a great psychedelic but it's just not SWIM's thing. Doesn't like the constant feeling that everything is just VERY strange.

Salvia-2, SWIM's not knocking it and it's fans but he hated it. He feels like all brain function and memory has been lost, not too fun.

Xanax, kolonopins, Valiums-6, Not very euphoric to SWIM. Usually results in stumbling about and blacking out.

MDMA-6, Pretty strong euphoria but very overrated to SWIM. He only prefers to do it with a significant other, the closeness and connection is amazing.

Alcohol-7, Only fun in social situations. Usually provides lots of laughs and such until someone starts puking... in which case the laughter sometimes intensifies.
