I've been using coke for about three months now. I use every day, but I
don't use that much. In short, I'm kinda tired of worrying about the health effects. When I read about the dangers of coke use, I see the words "cardiac arrest", "heart attack", and "stroke", which scares the hell outta me. When I read about heroin, I see that the main dangers of snorting the stuff are overdose and withdrawls. It seems that, If you avoid these dangers (which is definately possible) then it's all good. With coke there is no "guarantee". So, which drug do you think is safer and why?" |

Physically speaking heroin is safer. Opiates cause no health problems I
am aware of if unadulterated and used in the proper dosage. Cocaine on the other hand puts a good deal of stress on the heart, which in some individuals can cause some major problems. As long as either is used in moderation they shouldn't cause any major problems (barring preexisting conditions), its using then in moderation that can be tricky. |

i feel that coke is rougher cuz i tend to do alot more and when dealing with drugs more is only better up to a point but in the long run, like penguinphreak said, has no real problems like with coke you will fuck up your nose and heart... most problems are also irreversible, especially when it comes to your sinuses and how it kills the tissue inside your nose |

I would say both have the same potential for health problems. Heart
problems and things like that are a result of cocaine overdose. Just like respiaratory depression (which can be fatal) is one result of heroin overdose. Heroin is much more addictive. Withdrawals from heroin can even result in death, so I would say that heroin, if either, has more potential for "health problems." If used in moderation both are relatively ok for the body.Edited by: B-RAD |

no heroin withdrawal alone can't kill someone, its what the heroin withdrawal can do to you to make you kill yourself......Ive been in complete full-blown heroin withdrawal and i felt like complete shit but i deff wasn't goin to die...........coke is deff worse for your body...heroin in moderate amounts does not harm your body at all, its when you take it to the next level
