"Taste" of RC’s

no dude your right it does have a sweet sugary taste. definately.Swim finds that the sweetness lingers in the back of your throat to as your coing up also.

Thats interesting. Most RCs taste like crap. Try tasting some 4-HO-DiPT sometime, very nasty.

EWWWW. Try 4-ho-mipt dilluted in water that turned black with wierd bubbles in it. SWIM and his friends were taking shots of the liquid because it had lost a lot of potency. 30mg felt like 20, and it tastes horrible. The taste stayed in the back of my mouth for 30 minutes, then I puked!

SWIM has tasted sub-milligram amounts of many chemicals out of
curiosity, and a few at full doses. In tiny amounts, methylone etc. taste
rather intriguing and complex, just like concentrated kitchen extracts.
MDMA tastes foul in comparison, very harsh on the tongue.

Shulgin thinks it's almost an obligation to experience a chemical's flavor
at least once. Not too long ago SWIM got bold and tried a dose of 2C-D
mixed in Gatorade. Although it wasn't all that offensive, it was
enough to satisfy SWIM's curiosity regarding the 2C's and flavor.

*edit* SWIM has no plans to ever attempt this with synthetic tryptamines.

Good intuition, synthetic tryptamines are IN FACT by far the worst testing chemicals I personaly ever experienced.

2ct2 or 2ci are pleasurable in comparison to 5-meo-dipt or 4-ho-dipt.

At the beginning, for me, the taste was not so important. But lastly, I remarked that the long-lasting bad taste on my tongue can negatively influence my experiences, so using mixing the chemicals with juice or cola as become an habit.

QUESTION : can the fact of mixing the Sacraments with sugar-containing dring reduce the trip ?

good point sick jack, does anyone really know what the best beverage that would not effect potency would be? I know shulgin is alwasys talking about mixing with o.j. but many meds. (like adderal for instance)specifically say not to drink with O.J. because the acidity make inhibit the action. Apple Juice is okay there though, infact it is thought to more rapidly facilitate the action than any other beverage. I hear some people mixing with coke and wonder about the sugar or phenylalanine(diet coke) mixing. Maybe phenylalinine would be a good additive. Diet coke tastes sweeter too.

Perhaps my taste buds are dulled out but i found iprocin and miprocin
to be not so bad tasting. As a matter of fact i think miprocin has
barely any taste at all.

I find the 2c's to be much worse. Very bitter, sometimes even sour. Egh

OJ or other fruit juices are fine to mix with phenethylamines and tryptamines. Both the phens and trypts readily form salts with acids, which makes them more soluble in water/you. Prolonged exposure to sugars might cause them to break down - but that would only be a concern if you were to store them in such for a long period of time. The LSD25 my evil ape - Bongo - had stored in fruit punch, that he served the Mormons who barged in on him, was perfectly fine after a week in the fridge. The Mormons however....never mind!

Swim loves the taste of the 2c's. It's not good ot bad just unique to
what it is, which makes it good and magical in it's own way.

SWIM had a preferrence for the taste of mdma, but sincethe only rc he hastried is 2c-i, all he can say is it was mildly bitter but tolerable. he got the proper mass, scooped it up with a straw and left it under his tongue for a few minutes. he prefers to sublinguate (is that a word?) for some reason.

swIm has only experienced the taste of 2c-i and it was described as verrry bitter. Snorting it was the worst thing SWIM has ever done. Never again will that bedone!! Took their breath away. Now before consuming, a small bit of toilet paper is used to wrap it in. Put that in your mouth and take a big swallow of water and you're good to go.

swim tends to just dissolve his 2c-i into distilled water and then put the proper amount into his soda or juice. the taste should be negligible. in all honesty, just eating the powder or drinking straight solution isn't all that bad (as long as proper measurements are made). in swim's opinion, shrooms have a worse overall taste.
