Someone, please reflect my thoughts and assure me that I am not alone in the universe now.
Yesterday, and the day before... have been one insane walk into another world. I'm not sure yet as to whether or not I have returned to "life", or, if I am permanently in this baked state of... undescribable psychobable. I feel as though my entire life has been a lie and that I have had an illusion placed before me for all of these years.. and that I truely am an imbecile. I believed once, that I was different. Now I know that I truely am not special, nor more enlightened than the next man. I am an imbecile and a mentally retarded CRACK HEAD. Figure of speach, I haven't smoked crack yet. BUT MY BRAIN IS GLAZED AND I CAN'T RETURN TO SOBRIETY. IS THIS NORMAL?! SOMEONE HELP. I HAVE RETURNED TO THE STATE OF SPERM AND EGG. I WAS RAISED BY THE TV!? HELP ME. SOMEONE, ANYONE, ON THIS FORUM.. TELL ME!! IS THIS NORMAL!?! I ONLY SMOKED TWO NICK' SACKS AND I KNOW THIS CRAP WASN'T LACED. MY DADDY SMOKD IT TOO!!! HELP ME!!!! I DONT WANT TO LIVE LIKE THIS FOREVER. |

Umm, if you just smoked than wait until the high is gone. Give it about a day and you'll be back to normal. Maybe you shouldn't be smoking weed if this is the effect you get. This sounds very dramatic.

too young, too dramatic? Well, I'm not too young but I definitely am too dramatic.
I think I just smoked some FINE stuff this time, and I've calmed down. But, the scary thing is that I feel a very strong inner equilibrium. Weed really will solve all of earth's problems. Either that, or my mind is just not stable enough this week. |

Woa man... Thats deep!
I think you need to leave the weed alone. I'm not trying to be mean, I'm just giving you my honest advice. Weed is nice and all, but it's not gonna solves the world's problems, it's just gonna make you not care about them for awhile. |

well, hold on there, I am a firm believer and activist that hemp and marijuana can save this world. hemp can provide food for the straving, and cheap fabric. it can be used for fuel, lowering our dependency on fossil fuels, and it can be used to replace fiberglas and plastics in cars and many other things. it can replace the logging industry, as you can make just as much paper and processed wood products out of 3 harvests of hemp in one year one the same ammount of land that would take trees 20 years to get one harvest. etc etc and blah blah blah
but yeah, smoking weed won't make everybody realize that they are being hurled to doom by the leaders that be and such, it just might let you forget about your woes for a while. LSD ... now, LSD on the other hand can cause mindset changes and paradigm adaptations that could save our world and culture and solve most problems. if only we could make it rain lsd all over the world . . . lol |

I feel the same way as well. hemp can definately have a very positive impact on the world. But when he said weed can save the world, I took that as the drug itself. I think if people switched from drinking to smoking pot, the world would be a friendlier place, but far from saved. I think LSD would bring a much deeper spiritual attitude among people, but again, I don't see it saving the world. You could make it available, but not everyone would take it.

I meant it in both terms, materialistically speaking (replacing trees for resources), and psychologically/psychoactively speaking. It really can save the world. Now, let me go back to my experience here... this is not the first time I've smoked weed of course, but this weed, it was as if it had been blessed by nature to provide me with insight about ALL foundations of life. After cleansing my system (somewhat) the last day or so, I have found that my new outlook on life has remained. I truely believe that weed is as powerful a psychedelic drug (even though it in itself is not that psychedelic) as LSD, or any of the more "intense" highs. It's the surroundings that matter, and I can truely see that the main reason for my experience being so profound was that I was alone, with my own thoughts... all of my previous THC experiences were with other people, sharing the weed. If you share the weed... make sure have bulk amounts, cuz if you smoke 6 hits a person, that's not gonna take you to a different realm... I can see now that large amounts and moderation are the key for a good THC trip. You can keep yourself floating if you don't use it all at once, and spread it out over a period of time, perhaps make an entire weekend out of it. Fire up in the evening, a few hours before you sleep, and then again when you wake up. I must warn those who think that smoking a gram at once is more profound, it isn't profound... it's frightening... if you're alone that is. You have nothing to keep you grounded if you're alone, and you aren't forced to be locked down in the state of everyone else's life. But, if you open the flood gates, it's hard to close them again. Smoking so much at once isn't like opening the flood gates.. it's like blowing them to pieces. That's what I've learned from this experience. |

I find smoking weed alone can sometimes be helpful, instead of just laughing and talking shit with friends, I can think about anything I want in detail. This sometimes helps, like for example if i've got a problem, or something coming up, instead of leaving all the thinking until the last moment and getting worked up about it, I can just relax and normally find the positive side to it.

Yeah man, that's what I'm talking about. I wish the people who
are so anti-mind-expansion would think about the full spectrum of things. Weed is such a positive thing, despite its (minor) drawbacks, it is an incredibly useful tool which can help someone find the better in the world and strive to be as best as he or she can possibly be, and if not... to break his or her own boundaries and become BETTER than they think they could be. |

Why do you need a drug to do this? I can think about any problem in the correct perspective... Without the use of a drug. I think this is the best way to solve a problem.

Nobody said its necessary or needed. Once it get's to the point where it is needed, I think thats where problems could start. I could also think about a problem while sober, and solve it to,which i do most of the time. Get weed only twice a week. But when I do have it, times are much less stressful and morehappy. |

Of course those times are much less stressful and more happy... Thats the intended effect most people are after when they buy drugs. I don't see how this is going to save the world like antizero is saying.

Theres some way better compounds to explore if you are interested (and
serious) about exploring society, reality, and yourself. If weed is doing these things to you, perhaps you should stop smoking it, weed is meant just to chill out with, its definitely one of the milder drugs in the spectrum, whose sole purpose is as a mild chill out compound ![]() |

Yeah, usually when I smoke it it does just chill me out but that night
it must've been highly potent... I rarely get to smoke by myself, which also added to the experience. I lit up earlier... and all I did was chill. But now, after that, I'm definitely looking into things like LSA to further open my mind's flood gates. |
