What do you all do to cope with day to day problems, or even big problems?

Nah, I ment anything including drugs. Just curious to what peoeple do.

Myself, I normally talk to friends, sleep or listen to music. I find Tupac - Changes helps me think about most problems an get over them.

When I got to much shit on my mind, or its been a rough day, I just play some guitar. Nothing clears my head like playing music. The great part is, my brain begins focusing on music scales, timing, ect, so I'm not focusing on my problems. I have a tendency to think about my problems alot, which is not good when you are not in a position to solve them yet.

Thought provocative music, a good book and a spliff of good bud always sorts me out.

I like to smoke some good grass, then just chill in bed to some good tunes to unwind from a rough day.

Its not so much using the weed to cope with problems, but using it to calm down so its easier to do.

I find music is a good way to unwind after a hard day at work. And while drugs should never be used in an "escapist" manner, there is nothing wrong with lighting up on a Friday or Saturday night with some buds to take a break from work and worry. Edited by: Dogears
