anyone tried combining kava and ephedra? do u think they would cancel each other out or make a nice little combogiving energy with asense of calmness and wellbeing?

id say it would be similar to taking valium with ephedrine. Uppers & Downers generally arnt a good idea health wise, but SWIM has found that they often complement each other creating a much greater contrast in the trip.

Kava definetly removes the anxiety from a high dose of caffiene, the same could well be true for ephedra.

SWIM thinks Taurine should be added to the list too as preventing anxiety due to caffeine.

L-Theanine may also work well. It promotes alpha waves (causing a relaxed stated), this should also decrease any unwanted anxity
