Which way does swim prefer their lsd?

Swim has a reliable source of blotters with a fixed dose so he always knows what he's up to. Liquid is great but one needs to know what he's doing.

SWIM can't believe there aren't more votes for gellies. Blotters are neat looking, but SWIM hates swallowing that mushy stuff and people sometimes try to sell you plain ol paper. Liquid is a hassle/hard to measure accurately if you're lazy and could contain any chemical if you don't know what to look for. Micro-dots are unreliable as hell due to the large amount of material that can fit on them.

Gellies: fairly well shielded from the elements (better than any other form except maybe microdots), usually contain solid, undegraded doses because of the aforementioned shielding, taste good, dissolve quickly, can't hold much material so they're fairly safe bets. Never heard of anyone getting inactive or empty gellies due to the process that is required to manufacture them.


SWIM gets liquid most of the time, though. Le sigh.

In my dreams I usually get it in sugar cubes. Have had it on blotters before, but it feels more satisfying drinking a nice warm cup of tea and relaxing somewhere peaceful, then it kicks in after an hour or so.

Granmda likes all the forums,usually the best stuff she finds is liquid,but it varys depending on the source.

ID try not to put your suger cubes in hot tea,LSD degrades in heat.

Swim used to know an old lab-rat who'd make the cleanest acid he ever tasted (even better than the 'magical' tabs of amsterdam) Each drop was a step into your journey, one drop will make one loose and think alot, two will get the eyes glowing, three will open up the brain to the universe, four will shatter the world into rotating and flowing gears of rambow fractal patterns

four or five drops of this stuff made swims whole perception of vision disappear, the ground form a pattern in front of you and wisp up like smoke to reveal curling geometric waves, the ivy would dance slowly in a fluid back and forth motion, the desert looked like a huge and twisted oil-sheen of rotating and pulsating patterns.

swim misses that old lab-rat, but he assumes his glory days of having vials of the cleanest LSD he has ever eaten and the glow of his teenage years all had to stop sometime, life can't always be one big smile, otherwise, one might have nothing to smile about.

Easily and most definitely: white, non-perforated blotter.


Actually the poll reflects fairly well the availability of each form (from easiest to obtain to hardest):

1. Blotter
2. Liquid
3. Geltabs/windowpane (possibly easier to obtain than liquid in some areas)
4. Microdots
5. Crystal

The flamingo would like to explain her choice.

It is essentially historical: The best/cleanest LSD she has ever had were microdots in the early 1990's. They were bought in bulk and stored in the freezer, the last one was (sadly) consumed sometime in early 2001

She would like to state that she would be extremely suspicious of "microdots" in the UK now. They do seem to be doing the rounds, but (from anecdotal reports) the time to feel effects and duration of action is far in excess of what would be suspected from LSD. Think mostly DOx (she guesses)

LSD is LSD.... it doesnt make a difference what form it comes in when its taken orally. 200 micrograms will be still be 200 micrograms be it on a blotter or gel or sugar cubes etc. Swiy forgot to mention "liquid". Also nobody here takes acid.... only swim or swiy (read the rules) is interested in taking drugs.

Best acid Swim has ever done was called the mayan calendars... one hit got him and a friend incredibly high for 10 hours or over. They then proceeded to climb trees and enjoy the outdoors....ahhhhh good old psychedelics nothing unlocks those doors in your mind like it.

SWIM has tried everything on the list above, and personally prefers sugar cubes. The simple melting in the mouth that occurs is ideal, in his opinion. He always worries that he is taking a blotter wrong and that he's not going to trip during the coming up phase. (Such innane worries are actually a common theme for SWIM with psychedelics, the reason behind it is unknown.) Liquid form he feels as though his dose may be incorrect. Yes SWIM fully understands that these differences are arbitrary, that's why it's a matter of personal preference.

AFOAF says Organic strawberries soaked in liquid or wash are yummy too- but SWIM thinks it was as much the two beautiful girls that always prepared them that way.

SWIM voted for liquid because he has gotten the pure needlepoint in water many times and it was always the best, but he has honestly had great LSD in every form, so it's not such a big deal to him. Pure crystal is almost too much unless someone is looking for an extreme ride. SWIM almost always dry heaves when he tastes pure crystal.

Can't believe cowboy hadn't seen this thread. Agree with Mrs. J, the dots from 70s thru the mid 80s where unbelievable. Last he had was black blotter from the EU last year, it rated pretty high on list.
