Hmmmm....What do you mean by speed ball? I thought speed ball was a mix of heroin and coke. If you want to mix meth and ecstasy I would say go for it. SWIM has done this combo once and it was very nice smoking bowls of ice on top of a roll. It kinda takes away from the roll and adds a bit more of a tweek to it, but its a nice combo. Be safe with the dose though, dont smoke too much.

You only get one heart per life as a general rule. Doing speed on top of another amphetamine derivative, such as MDMA, can put quite a strain on you. I would not suggest it - no matter how great you might feel. This sort of thing is why we read about dead kids on drugs.

From my perspective, why would you want to mix the two anyway? Seems at cross purposes to me

Also adding methamphetamine into the equation can increase your risk of
ecstasy related brain damage. While under normal conditions MDMA is not
neurotoxic at all, when your body temperature begins to increase so
does the risk of neurotoxicity. If you do decide to shirk all of these
warnings remember to stay hydrated (but not overhydrated), and be sure
to keep physical exertion to a minimum.
