My peyote’s not well

Mik da greek is an unknown quantity at this point

Hi, I was given three little peyote cacti by a friend, thay are in a real sorry state. The two smallest ones are all white and fluffy and the biggest one looks almost scabby, with dry brown skin like bits. Has anyone seen this kind of thing before and do you know how to cure it.
I'll be very grateful for any help!
