im a person who the comedown affects really badly!
depression as the drug wears off, tiredness but cant sleep, hunger but cant eat ect! but last night when i came in coming down, i decided to make a cup of strong coffee to stay awake, after i finished it, not only did i feel alot better, but i brought me up again, but i didnt feel buzzing, just awake and happy, and i was able to eat a pizza! try it it works |

I suppose the caffeïne started to work ![]() You can also try to postload with HT5 and vitaminesa while after you've taken the XTC, it helps you to recover your serotonine. Don't use postloaders which contain MAOI and don't use postloader immediatly after you've taken XTC, it can get you in the serotonine-syndrom. |

passing a joint around with a few m8's , watching a dumb movie is what we always do. Talking shit till we drop, when i wake up again i try and drink+eat a little, get the digestion going again. Try to have some stuff todo, iron some shirts with some chill music , sitting still will enhance your day-after blues tenfold in my experience. Convincing yourself a bad comedown is a myth and keeping busy is the key. Sure your gonna feel a bit wasted but thats normal you've been up way to long so blame it on fatigue. As mentioned above the postloading seems to help for alot of people (havent tried it myself , but i got my 5HTP for next time). Of course the above doesnt work if you overdo the roll itself , moderation is the key. Just take 2 decent pills and be happy with what you felt when you comedown , dont keep popping pills they wont give you the effect your looking for and will make the day after ALOT worse. This of course is alot easier said then done ![]() |

i like the next day tho. im mad if i take a pill and not''weirded'' out the next day. its still 1 of the fine effects of e. |

My Opinion: MDMA shows one that which is already present. To go Boo Hoo Hoo when the drug wears off only serves to say that you can't get to that place unless you throw a chemical into your body/mind. NO drug can put that which is not in you into you. If you like what it is you found, you have to look inside you and learn to live it. It's not that hard. Figure what MDMA took away. NOT what it put there. Could it be.....FEAR?! must say i prefer a nice cup of strong sweet tea and a spliff over coffee when im coming down! can have lots of sugar in tea and its still nice, but i find lots of sugar in coffee on a comedown makes it all 'sticky'... dont actually remember the last bad comedown i had though. its a long time ago. mind over matter is very helpful, weed too, and good music. or something interesting to watch. summer is great cos you can sit out in the early morning sun and its truly beautiful. certain parts of winter are cool too if you wrap up warm, i remember one time coming down with a fat spliff and the sun was just coming up, it was freezing as fuck, but the sky was totally clear and had this gorgeous red / yellow / green (?!) colour to it. however, necking pills all night to try and stay up wont help at all. i limit myself to 3 these days, at the expense of starting late (last time i went out i started at half 11 and it was far too early, didnt feel much of anything from the third but usually do if i start at 12 or half 12) |

but tea contains caffeine too (thats why its so nice when your tired and coming down)

when i feel im starting to come down, i start smoking a bowl of weed about every hour after that and it just brings meright back up, prolonging my experience by3-5 hours, and by the end of that i usually can get to sleep with no problems

this might sound stupid, but it definately works for me.
next time u start to come down, think about what thoughts are running through your head. i noticed that when i start coming down, it's all bad thoughts that run through my head, like embarassing moments from previous night, or bad various things goin on at the time. all u gotta do, is instead of thinking about these thoughts, FORCE YOURSELF TO THINK OF ONLY POSITIVE THINGS GOIN ON IN URE LIFE. sounds stupid right? try it next time, u'll be suprised.........im posting this after a night of e's yesterday...and at the moment, no depression whatsoever....actually I feel even better than normal....havn't slept for 2 1/2 days btw... i've been doin e's for 7 years now....i use to get mad depressed all the time... oh almost forgot....also take a 5-htp...it helps. |

Well, I used a tremendous amount of E last time (one pill of 145mg, one pill of 75mg and 300mg of powder), and I didn't have a comedown, bad mood or whatsoever. I still don't know how and why I wasn't feeling depressed, but it' ok with me. I even had a real nice afterglow the next day.
I think it also has to do with you physical state. I am in top condition most of the time, and I almost never have comedows, dips, depressions and such (I only had twice with alcohol). |

Your mind is the biggest bear you have to deal with. Deciding your experience is good is the crucial factor. Find one good thing in your life, then find another good thing, after 6 good thoughts, deciding life is good NOW will have it go better. Gratify yourself with your favorite of the 5 senses that you have.

Anyone ever tried L-Tryptophan?
I used to preload 24 hours before with 4 "Natures Own: Mega B +L-Tryptophan (sustain release)" tablets (100mg of L-Tryptophan) which I felt made the X feel a lot cleaner and stronger. Once I had to come to the realisation that I was coming down and not expecting to go back up, I'd take 1 more tablet (25mg L-Tryptophan). This seemed to help with most of my probs, allowing a few hours sleep and waking up feeling a great deal more refreshed. The Natures Own brand have since stopped including L-Tryptophan in its Vit.B range as it was being too strongly associated with X (what I have been told anyway). You can however obtain L-Tryptophan with no time-release on prescription of a drug called Orthoplex S.A.D, if memory serves me correctly. (notice the Irony of S.A.D) p.s. this info is Australian based, but I'm sure there are local equivilants for everyone. *Finally popped my posting on drugs-forum cherry |

Haven had a real strong comedown in a loooonnnnnngggggg time but when you start to come down do a lil K. Not ALOT a lil and you will barely feel those "bad" effects.

Come downs are alway there, i usually like them strange enough
![]() Cant really explain it, SWIM sometimes uses GHB on the comedown it mellows you out and relaxes. |
