Its impossible to say. Unlike say cannabis you keep the salvia plant
alive as long as you want the plant and only remove a few leaves at a
time, you would never harvest the whole thing unless you wanted your
plant to die.

You are asking how many leaves would weight a total of 10 grams. (10 x 1 grams = 10 gr.) That depends on the size of the leaves, which in turn depends on the size of the plant. I have gotten leaves of 1 grams, which is pretty big.

Its hard to predict how many leaves would be required, but it would take 10grams, hence the name "10x". Nonstandardized 10x
extract means that 10grams of extract have been infused onto 1gram of
leaf matter. This isn't necessarily true with standardized extracts
which have a specific dose of salvinorin per gram of leaf.
