take 1 ounce of weed. get a bottle of 70% isopropal alcohol, a metal pot and a pyrex bowl or pan and some coffee filters. Grind up the weed and add alcohol (use a jar with a cap) until the alcohol more than covers the weed (use about a cup and a half of alcohol to a ounce of weed) then shake it up for about 2 minutes. Pour the alcohol/weed mixture through a coffee filter into a pyrex container. Now add some water to the metal pot and set the pyrex bowl with the alcohol/weed "tincture" inside of the pot (a "double boiler"). Use an electric stove without an open flame and a fan to disperse the alcohol fumes, don't catch yourself on fire. The boiling water will evaporate the alcohol in the pyrex pan and there will be left a sticky residew. This residew is hash. scrape it off the pyrex bowl with a razor blade and roll it into little balls. Put them in a small container (like a mint tin) and store in the freezer. Small "threads" of this gummy hash can be rolled out and added to your blunt. Keeps the blunt burning nice and slow and adds a little extra to it.
