If someone was about to get on some juice(deca or winstrol), what vitamins and such would you want to be taking during use?

Just a good multi. There's nothing specific, vitamin-wise, you
need any more than anything else. Diet is key tho. You
should be eating so well that you don't need to bother with a multi,
tho I usually do. Otherwise you're wasting your time and money.

You want to have vitamin b12 and tribulus, in addition to all the other supplements. Research steroids before you do them.

DHEA is a natural precursur to testosterone, and is OTC. It is against olympic rules for an athlete to take DHEA, so that adds some bulk to its reputation. SWIdr tried it for a period of time back in the day and it did wonders, though not as good as injectable steriods, the pills helped SWIdr gain alot of muscle mass thru little as possible dieting and exercise. It does produce the unwanted side effects that steroids produce though ie acne, but i is much less noticable.

people will argue about dhea...it has been proven worthless in many studies, but some still use it.

use a liver protectant like milk thistle and red yeast rice for cholestrol (sp) values.

swiy needs to go to another board for those type of questions....there are hundreds of them.

oh, and swim says your going to have no libido using those two....swiy needs to stack it with some test.

swim is very educated in this area,and would recommend a good multi-vit(mineral),vit c,also an herb called Saw Palmetto which halts the conversion of testosterone to dehydrotestosterone(DHT),this stops the postrate from being enlarged but some users have complained of it interferring with effectiveness of their gear,swim says safety first tho.Also deca and winstrol are good first time anabolics to use,what dosages is swim thinking of taking,and is the winny oral or injectable?

DHEA is a very weak androgen,it has benefits of increasing IGF-1 but is mainly used in life extension medicine as levels decline with age,as do all hormones,hGH,testosterone ect.It depends on age of swim as to whether he will see real world benefits of using DHEA

Post Cycle you will need a SERM (Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator), straight up, no fucking around... Research chem like TOREM from the AG GUYS website is the best bet for this... Otherwise one can try source older gen. presc. SERMS like novladex from the usual places... But SERMs are mandatory hey...
