I just wanted to throw a quick tip out there because it's quite well known that alkalizing the urine may potentiate or cause amphetamine to stay in the body longer. But often on online forums I see people saying "don't drink orange juice!"

I'm not sure what effect pasteurized citrus drinks will have on the urine, but...
ACTUALLY, eating citrus fruits whole will ALKALIZE the urine. In case ya didn't know. So go ahead and eat your hungry heart out on lemons, oranges and limes. Even though citrus fruit is acid, the way it is metabolized causes alkalizing effects.

Wait, I'm an idiot. Ascorbic acid interferes with amphetamines doesn't it.. ARGH

I started taking magnesium about a week ago, but just recently i started taking Zinc. Today I actually took only half dose of my usual adderall and it gave me an effect stronger than that of when i take a full dose [but what i SHOULD expect from the full dose]. I figure it might be because of the zinc. I'm going to be getting memantine as well to see how that fares, but I do have a little nagging worry that I might get some side effects from memantine. I figure if i take only a small dose of memantine it should be fine.. plus memantine has its own neurological potentiating effects.

Is zinc effective in potentiating/reducing tolerance with adderall? If so how does it work, and how much should be taken?
