Effects - CYPxxx question

I've done research for a while on opiate potentiation (specifically oxycodone) and have found the same stuff all over the web: Cimetidine, tonic water, and grapefruit juice.

My pet gopher has tried these 'potentiators', and they worked to some extent, with the main effects being more sedation and longer duration. BUT, there was a problem and it seems not very uncommon: he said there was less euphoria.. Not a negligible bit, either. Not to say it wasn't there, but about a third of it was gone.

From my research I've been doing for my gopher, I've found out that those three potentiators inhibit certain enzymes which are CYP3A4, CYP2D6, or both. CYP3A4 apparently metabolizes the oxycodone into its "nor-" metabolites, whereas CYP2D6 metabolizes the oxycodone into oxymorphone. From a lot of peoples experiences, including my pet gopher, inhibiting the CYP2D6 reduces the euphoria of the high... Counterproductive considering the entire idea is to produce MORE euphoria, no? That's my opinion, anyways.

This leads me to my question: is there a cheap, easy, and efficient CYP2D6 inducer that's OTC?

And please don't tell me to use the search engine, because I tried and didn't come up with very much aside from a post telling me the same thing that I deduced with no information in the ways of how to do it.

There are very cheap ones (Non-Grapefruit)
but the Risks are too high to make them public, at least for me!

Please remember that all this Potentiators made it impossible to calculate the Dose,
don`t do such a risky thing!
