Is there a quick method for just one cup of kratom?

Hey I just got my first package of Kratom 50 grams super strengh powder. I've found directions everywhere on how to boil 50 grams at once for tea, but I was wondering if there is a quick method for a small amount of water and about 2 grams of Kratom in a single use method?


And one more thing, is a half teaspoon the same as two grams ?

I never do it all at once, i find it works a lot better when it's warm
and fresh. I generally just boil roughly 1 to 2 tablespoons of kratom
with about 5 or so cups of water for around 30 minutes. Mix it with
sugar and cream and it goes down nice and smooth and the effects come
on quickly.
