Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
SWIM has been doing research for about a year now. Started with 2C-I and quickly found disturbing body load with more that 12-15 mg. Same thing with 2C-E only worse and at lower dosages. By body load SWIM means that he gets distinct body tremors which, though endurable, disturbs mate when he tries to touch her. SWIM has found 2C-B does not have this effect so he tends to use 2C-B almost exclusively, usually with about 150Mg Methylone. This has turned out to be a delicious combination with pronounced erotic enhancement. So research has yielded definite conclusions. SWIM and mate have gone from every week to every two weeks. Methylone +20 Mg 2C-B and then two weeks later a straight out MDMA roll. SWIM hopes he didn't get off topic, still a little high from a candy flip last night but he thought he would share the good with the not so good. Remember, your mileage may vary. Peace

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
2-ci makes swim think and associate so hard that it overstimulates and physically tires his brain so it hurts.
Can be about anything. Religion, history, language, culture. Thoughts and associations manifest themselves spontaneously. You see how things connect, the reasons behind things, the realisation the truth and history are only our perception of one group of people in one moment of time and ...ok I'll stop now. |

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
Swim experienced muscle tightness in her legs while on 4-HO-MIPT, as well as rather uncomfortable teeth grinding for the last hour or so of the trip. She was, at the time, quite worried about the leg pain, as it felt splintery and almost as though her legs might snap. Afterward, though, swim concluded that this was probably entirely mental and that the muscle tightness was due to the long time she had spent lying down staring at a wall without moving before she attempted to walk about. All in all, the effects were not nearly enough to keep her from throughly enjoying the experience.

SWIM took DOB a few months ago, and ever since then even lights that are not that bright get "burned into" his vision for a little while. Repeating patterns also will start to somewhat flow. It is very annoying. Has anyone else heard of after effects like these? Will they begin to disappear over time?

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
swin has used 2ci for over two years and would have to agree with others that less is better not only for effect but hangover also. swim always experiments with less amount/ less often first.

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
Swim has only heard of this resulting from frequent users of psychedelics, and not specifically concerning DOB. Has Swiy been using any other drugs, namely psychedelics?
Swim's SO went through this for a while after taking a very large quantity of psychedelics fairly constantly for a substantial amount of time. He said (swim thinks, but will ask him again) that it lasted a few months and was mainly slight movements around the corners of patterned walls or floors, just very basic and slight psychedelic type effects. Swim will investigate this further and give any further information she might acquire. Last edited by Perception Addict; 05-02-2008 at 04:39. |

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
Well the only psychedelic SWIM used before the DOB was 2c-b, and he probably only used that about 10 times. (it was amazing btw). SWIM is going to get some acid soon, he was never able to find it, then multiple sources suddenly popped up.

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
SWIM said that the main problems he faces after 2ci are,
Increased sweat, some lower stomach pains (go away usually after 6 hours of sleep), I can't attest to the high blood pressure SWIM wasn't a doctor nor did he necessary want to be around them when he was in such a wonderful world of color and sound, As like above i know from seeing w/ my own eyes that streaching out is really important. SWIM and his research associates usually go for a very light jog at between 1.5 hours to 2 hours just to get the fresh air and adjusted, when this is done the muscle pain seems to be minimalized. |

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
SWIM must agree to the jogging idea, as he has a similar activity he enjoys, SWIM tries to go to the park for an adventure after dosing, in order to come up while moving about, physical activity near the beginning of the trip really does help the physical effects.

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
I recently found a fascinating note detailing a 2C-I experience.
It mentioned the test subject took 12mg and had very poor circulation to his hands (they turned purpleish) and feet with painful tingles. The subject in question apparently had taken 10mg of the same compound same batch prior with no apparent effects on circulation and no others in the research group exhibited the symptoms. Full details posted in the 2C-I trip reports thread. |

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
SWIM gets wicked long absences of hunger after taking DOB along with a prevalent tendency to stretch out his joints constantly including taking in as much air as possible to stretch out chest.

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
well, SWIMs doctor says that he have a liver like an 50 year old drunk, and he's 21 and never really drank much..
SWIM always lived healty, apart from hes drug use, so he's pretty sure that the drugs are the reason, especially Methylone since that is the only thing he really abused, the doctor couldn't tell though, but he was sure that that could be the only reason as well. |

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
This is why they are called "Research Chemicals" and not drugs. One is taking the responsibility for their actions - including all possible risks.
This methylone causing liver troubles is very valuable information. Can SWIM get some documentation (non self-incriminating brand only)? As well as any/all further information the doctor can provide? This could be extremely important for many people. As long as it's for real and not some crap concocted by the D.A.R.E. program or other adjunct of the liquor industry. |

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
Yea well, SWIM have an appointment with the doctor in 2 days, to have hes liver testet again, he said that if it wasnt better within 2 weeks without any drinking nor drugs, SWIM was screwed
![]() But ofc., if it is still that bad when SWIM get hes results again, he will try and get all the information/documentation he can from the doctor so that hes mistake can help others. |

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
SWIM would be very interested in this information as well. Eversince he started thinking about entering the world of research chemicals, he has been interested in methylone very much. Though maybe the ones with more active psychedelic component would be of more interest. But this one would be important bit of info, even if anecdotal. SWIM'd never beleive that such a fine mistress as methylone would be capable of being toxic.

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
Some data from SWIM:
2c-i: 10mg = no side effects. 20mg = very strange leg tension (reported by users) and intense jaw tension (reported by one user) 2c-e: = 10-12mg stomach tension. Minor headache afterwards (reported by two users) BZP/tfmpp mix (usually around 150mg bzp + 100-125mg tfmpp if SWIM recalls): difficulty sleeping, extreme dry mouth, absurdy frequent urinations (it may help if SWIM lowers his fluid intakes and just accepts the dry mouth or chews gum). Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
One forgot to mention.
My friend reports that from a very large dose of 2C-T-2 he has permanent vision effects. There are trails behind every moving object in daily life, no matter the lighting or other effects. They are nowhere near as long as they would be while under the influence of 2C-T-2 but they are noticeably longer than they were prior to experimentation. |

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
It's persisted without noticeable change in symptoms for 3 months. It's not very unsettling or annoying, it kind of makes things a little bit more interesting to pay attention to. It doesn't seem to be negative in any way other than the fact that he knowingly ingested something which had a permanent(ish) impact on his vision, which was something he took pride in been above average.

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
Yes do please enlighten us Winta, it's quite a statement to make and then not follow up.
Methylone appears to give one of the most negligible body loads SWIM has ever experienced and he, like most people here, would be very interested to know if something might be at risk under the hood. |

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
Swim is sorry that he never really returned any good info on this, he never really got any from hes doctor
Hes doctor just said that he was sure it was becouse of the drugs (ofc. he said that) but he could not give SWIM any good answers. Anyway, he said that SWIM should stay away from it for a time and see if it got better so SWIM did. SWIM has been away from the research market since then, and feel much better. Hes doctor has said that he is almost back to normal again. |

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
So why was his liver tested in the first place, were there actual signs associated with possible liver damage?
Jaundice, dark urine, or light-colored bowel movements; nausea, vomiting and/or diarrhea; loss of appetite; vomiting of blood; bloody or black bowel movements; swelling or pain in the belly; unusual weight change; or fatigue or loss of stamina? Was it a blood or urine based test? |

Re: Physical Troubles from RC Use
It was blood based, and it was testet becouse he was hospitalize after too much DOI ... Which could ofcourse also be the reason to the liver problems. However hes doctor said that it looked like something that had come over time. (he was hospitalized for 3 days, and it did not get any better during those days)
The only visible signs of liver damage that swim had, was that he very easy got dark urin, and diarrhea. That is much better now though. |
