Oxycontin 20 mg time release information needed.
How long till the peak of each pill swallowed?

Example scenario'

- Take 1 20mg Oxy @ 4pm .
- Drink 1 ltr beer
- Take 2nd @ 6pm.
- Drink 2nd ltr beer by 7pm.

So when are these 2 oxys gonna peek? Mule ate small slic of Deluxe pizza inbetween. How long will the effect of the Oxy's last?

Hello,swiy 20 mg tablets.....Purdue says 1/3 of the dose is released immediately
then the other 2/3 is over a 8-12 hour time frame,if taken oraly...........
Although 6 hours swiy should feel the peak.
A high fat meal after taking your dose will increase blood plasma levels.
All of this info can be obtained from Mr Purdue.........

Remember this fact from Mr Purdue:The peak blood plasma concentration of oxycodone increased 25% when dose was administered with a high fat meal.

^a post swim did about facts/myths about oxycontin

peak plasma concentrations are found around 3 hours after ingestion, as compared to 1 hour with IR formulations

swim did his homework, and the facts in the above thread are solid, hope this helps!
