Health - how long does cocaine or crack cocaine stay in your system?

Hey , I smoked like 20 bucks worth of crack last monday. I hadnt used any before that in more than a week.



How long is crack in your system if your not a heavy user?

48-72 hours. i dont think water or excercise will help get it out
because it is not fat soluble like thc. really all you can do to pass
your test if you smoke crack/do coke 48-72 hours before your test is
use somebody elses clean urine or just pray to pass. you should
probably just stop doing it 3 days before every test and you will
always come up clean.

Dude SWIM is saying different things about how long crack cocaine will stay in someone's system. SWIM knows it really depends on how much a person uses. SWIM is using an example of $100 dollars worth (couple of grams in one night). SWIM works out a lot and drinks a gallon of water a day. What does everyone think about this? Thanks.

SWIM's boyfriend was on a Drug Testing and Treatment Order (DTTO) and he was piss-tested every Monday and every Friday for crack-cocaine because it took three days to leave a person's system. After three days crack will not show up in SWIY's urine. SWIM's boyfriend worked out that he could smoke on a Monday night and it would have left his system by the Friday morning piss-test. Clever boy, eh? Lol.

Oh, SWIM's boyfriend was using alot. I mean, he could easily get through an eighth or more, sometimes spending a couple of hundred quid in a night. He's 5ft10 and when he was heavily smoking he was quite slight (food didn't seem as important as rock, you see), so he probably ownly weighed about 10 stone. To be honest though I don't think it matters about how much SWIY smokes or what size SWIY is, the reason the magistrates courts' did drug-testing on Mondays and Fridays was because they knew that generically, it takes three days for the drug to leave the system.

yes cola leaves quick 3-5 days tops i don't know when you smoke crack but the labs test for benzos (i don't know how to spell the damn word but it's something like that) and they stay for a while. now i am concerned about getting piss tested for work, will this show or do they really test for this and how long for this shit to clear out.
lets say swims a weekend user, 8ball on the weekend, maybe a lil less...

benzo stay in system 2-4 in trace amounts longer if used chronicly.
