Pharmacology - d-amphetamine from Adderall?

SWIm has Adderall and wonders if there is a way to reduce it down to just the d-amphetamine. Any ideas?

why would you want to? adderall is a mixture of amphetamine and d-amphetamine (correct me if i'm wrong) , so you already have some in there. SWIM found that he was much more productive and had more enjoyable experiences on adderall in comparison to the generic d-amp

While separation of Amphetamine isomers can be performed by an experienced chemist in a laboratory setting, it is unlikely that it is possible in swiyour case(no offense). Aside from the aforementioned difficulty, swiyou would need much, much more than a month's script to even make it worth while. Furthermore, adderall pills aren't the easiest pills to extract(swim tells me) due to all the crap in them.

The easiest way for swiyou to get d-amphetamine(if you must) would be to have swiyour doctor switch swiyou to it which shouldn't be difficult considering swiyou are already on adderall. Pure d-amphetamine is marketed under the names Dexedrine(GSK) & Dextrostat(Shire) as well as generic(TEVA, etc).
