Laboratory urinalysis detection period for single heroin use

I am being tested by one of the top urinalysis toxicology labs twice a week. at the moment my system is completely clean. i was wondering if anyone knows how long 1 shot of heroin would be in my urine for only .1grams. also im 5"10 160lbs and am in good shape so my metabolism is probly pretty good. they told me it stays for 4 days but i was wondering if thats true cuz it sounds a bit fishy. anyway help would be appreciated! thanks

this question is probably the easiest question to answer. you dont even need this forum for that just a simple google click. single use and it will be gone in 3 days 100% swim knows people on some strict UA scheduals they get up at 8amfriday and take one single use and are good to go by the morning on monday every single time and that is without trying to flush. its only 4 days if the person does a lot and doesnt eat the whole day. it sounds crazy to time things so close like that but people do it. if your friend is serious about saving himself and knowing if hes good then he should have a couple bucks on hand to go to rite aid buy a test and find out on his own what his detection periods are.
