Drug info - Cocaine in Mexico?

SWIM is heading to Mexico next week. Does anyone have any experience buying Blow South of the Border? SWIM doesn't ususally trust people he doesn't know, so dealing with the locals seems dangerous at best. Anyone have any luck with Concierges or hotel staff?

If you go to TJ you'll probably get ripped off. The best advicce I could give is to bring it with you or pay a cab driver to take you to it. Looking for it yourself will not bring you luck. Ohh....And if you do get ripped off, don't go looking for them. Locals hook up with police and you'll get put in a mexican jail---No fun.

you're probably headed to ciudad acuna or matemoris. Easy in both places,
but usually shit. Get it in harlengen or some other boarder town before you
go over. But if you don't know anyone.. just buy the gak over there and purif
it yourself.

Do not try to bring it back to Austin. You have free reign as long as you
don't try to bring it back past the check point or don't do anything stupid.
But be careful crossing the boarder. You can easily get fucked that way.

Thanks for the info. SWIM appreciates it. He will actually be in Cabo San Lucas for a week. He was hoping the more upscale territory would provide higher quality merchandise.


There will be no plans to bring it back to the states.All consumption will take place in Mexico.

Cabo is on the Pacific side. I think it isactually Northern Mexico as it part of California Baja.


Playa del Carmen is on theSouthern Gulf side of the country. You will have a great time. It is awesome down there and pretty convenient to Cancun.

Was in Cancun, lots of good C around. Ask around at this market place
type locations and someone will direct you to the right people. Don't
be afraid to haggle, as once "they" know you're looking, there will be
lots of people wanting to sell it to you.





Another tip for finding the stuff is to just walk around "looking;"
meaning just look a little shady. Make eye contact that way.
Especially linger anywhere they're selling pipes for weed and stuff-- those people would be a good place to start.



Now, here's the important info. coke is very illegal in
Mexico. If they catch you w/ coke it'll cost you a lot more $ to
get out of jail than if they catch you w/ weed. Costs a friend of
mine $800 to get out for having a tiny bag.



And here's how they got him. He bought from a cab driver--
another good place to find a connection BTW-- on the way to a
club. Cab driver told the bouncers who he was and that he had
coke. Then the bouncers waited for him to go to the bathroom and
they busted him.



The moral is be careful who you buy from and where you do it.
SWIM bought from the open air market and disappeared into the crowd and
went back to his hotel room. Started there and then took it to
the club and had no problem. Be careful that who you're buying
from can't be in cahoots w/ LE to get you busted and fined.



Personally, after all I've seen and experienced, I wouldn't mess around
w/ C in Mexico at all. Once, SWIM was in a hotel room in Mexico
that got raided (for a decent reason disturbing the peace-wise) and the
cops found percocet, ketamine and needles. They said over and
over that they were _looking_ for coke. They left the K and took
the needles and percs (along w/ all the cash in the room- $700.)
coke in Mexico is bad news unless you've got a local contact that can
keep you out of trouble.

SWIM was sitting on the beach in San Pancho, near Puerto Vallarta and was offered cocaine by a middle aged man walking along the beach selling jewelry....Once he had given up trying to sell SWIM the jewelry.

AFOAF has been to Puerto Vallarta 8 or 9 times and has always bought blow while there. Either from the guys offering rides on seadoos/parisailng to cab drivers. It has never been very good and that goes for both quality as well as quantity. The same goes for the one trip that AFOAF made to Acupulco. You will find yourself asked many times during your stay throughout Mexico if your looking for this or that. Last year when AFOAF went to Puerto Vallarta from Canada, he decided he'd had enough of the bs of never getting good quality or quantity for his money and said screw it, he'd take his chances and bring his own coke with him. Managed to get a ball on the plane, and into Puerto Vallarta without any problems. Had it stuffed in the little pocket that is in the normal pocket of his jeans. Could never figure out what those pockets were meant for other then lighters maybe. At any rate, he has now found 2 uses for that pocket. It's also nice to be able to get down there, get checked in and up to your room, and be able to make a nice stiff drink, and bust out a fat rail without having to go on a mission first.
