Found Fly Agaric

Small, stumpy A.muscaria found. Swim has experience with psilocybin but is very cautious about trying this. Also, he is away in France, in university halls, and therefore has no means of drying. Is it edible fresh? And considering it's small size, how much of it should he eat?
