any bad habits?

So while SWIM was watching telly he started to realise something.

1. He has started to severely bite his nails.
2. He smokes more and more than normal.
3. He cant seem to sit still. (swaps between TV and PC).
4. Teeth grinding is also there.

Obviously these are to do with cravings of some sort.

Does anyone else know of SWIMs that have picked up on these habits? Or indeed any other habits can be discussed also.

Re: any bad habits?

Swim Grinds their teeth in their sleep after Drinking sessions, much to the annoyance of Swims Girlfriend.
Swim suffers with Restless Leg Syndrome on and off which has led to Swim tapping their foot almost all the time, much to the annoyance of Swims Girlfriend.
Swim has a scratching addiction, Swim often wishes that someone would open a Scratching Parlour. Swim has no doubt this would also annoy Swims Girlfriend
