Dose - Codeine Syrup Help

Hey all, so SWIM came into possesion of this massive bottle of codeine with acetaminophen, and even though SWIM has some experience with opiates, SWIM doesn't know the normal dosage of codeine for a nice high (for someone with experience, but not much of a tolerance to opiates)

Theres a picture included for reference, so let SWIM know what everyone thinks the codeine/ml count is, and how many mL's would be a nice dose, factoring in the amount of acetaminophen as well

mm, also, I might add SWIM is taking Remeron (Mirtazapine) a tetracyclic anti-depressant with antihistamine effects, a daily dose of 15mg
