Combinations - Methadone + hydromorphone question

If swim eats 30 mg of methadone and then about 4 hrs later injects 8 mg of hydromorphone would swim feel the effects of the hydromorphone or should he wait longer? If he must wait longer then about how long should he wait? Or should he do 16 mg of the hydro? Thanks

whats swiy tolerance like? do they take 30mg methadone every day? do they usually do 8mg hydrocodone iv? they would probably feel it yes, but depending on how long theyre on the methadone, the shot may actually potentiate some effects of the hydrocodone... like respiratory depression.

swim wishes he had 16mg of hydrocodone to squeeze this morning. too da moon!

Swim has a mediocre tolerance and doesn't take methadone everyday but does take opiates everyday like heroin or oxy contin. Swim would also like to clarify that he said hydromorphone (dilaudid) Not hydrocodone (Vicodin). Thanks

Also, Yes the hydromorphone is done IV and the methadone is just swallowed.

whoops... swim appologizes he meant to type hydromorphone, not hydrocodone... when swim thinks about pulling the trigger on 16mg of hydromorphone, he gets disoriented

swiy didnt state their usual everyday doses... if swiy has banged hydromorphone then they know what is a usual dose for them and what isnt.

its gonna be a different high and rush on top of the methadone... 4mg might be enough for swiy. they could fix 8mg, push slow to half(4mg), and wait for the flash to decide to keep going with the other half or stop and save it.

post swiy usual daily usage to compare, and how this goes...
