OWI while on probation, what can happen? advice?
So, SWIM is currently on probation for possession of THC, he has been complying with all the terms and conditions of his probation and this is his first violation
he was pulled over for a loud exhaust and blew a .13 (the legal limit here is .08)
not only this, but he is not yet 21 so he has an underage drinking ticket as well
SWIM has court tomorrow and is going to be requesting a public defender since he cannot afford a lawyer
do any other swimmers out there know what he could possibly be sentenced to? any advice on what to do in court? he is not very experienced in this matter and his girlfriend told him he should plead not guilty
