Lightbulb hypnosis may help

Id just like to add an idea that some people may find very effective.

For a while I have had various audio hypnosis files, but I never got around to using them.

Lately though insomnia and anxiety has been terrible. So it was high time I did some experimenting.

Now I know I cant link you people up, but if you can use your usual way of finding audio files, id love you do go looking. Now one that I have successfully and joyfully use, im talking 4 times last night, have a look for "hypnosis change color of eyes".

Now I know what you are thinking whats changing the colour of his eyes got to do with it. Well all I can say is the journey the audio track takes you is unreal, its 40 minutes of calm. The only problem is, at the end of the file the music becomes more upbeat, and thus brings you around. I have managed to edit the file so that all the useless stuff is taken out, leaving one to just drift off to sleep. I would love to share the file with you, but rules are rules. (i used audacity to edit, which is freeware)

When I used it last night the audio worked wonders to keep me calm and let me drift off. Even though I was up too early again, I just replayed the track and got another 40 minutes rest. I am looking forward to tonight's session.

Now there are alot, ALOT, more tracks out there, but some of them dont last half as long, and believe me you need a long one to drift off if you have bad insomnia and anxiety.

Also you may with to look for "Beta brainwave state" or "the ultimate meditation program", just a few examples of interesting ways to help you relax.

And indeed, a note on nature sounds, they can work wonders, there are alot of files around, of course the longer the better. Nature sounds play a vital role in relaxation I think and can take your imagination to places of tranquillity.

So Id love to know how many people manage to get the tracks, and how it worked out for them. And remember to try using headphones.

take it easy and enjoy the rest.

SWIM tells me that it has helped with some cravings and RLS.
