Rule No. 1 When Dealing With Dealers
Never think that you can talk to a cocaine dealer like to a grown up person.
Imagine you bought 1 gram for XXX. You got 0.5 g for this. You then say that there must have gone something wrong and that you want to talk to the dealer to check that. You saythat his stuff is good, only the scale thing, which sure can be fixed. You dont even say that the asshole ripped you off. Imagine you then hear over 2 corners that this dealer wants to step you with a knife. Wouldnt you think that this dealer is a retarded bastard?Edited by: bogumil Last edited by Benga; 08-02-2008 at 09:18. |

happens rather alot in the US where i am. thats why i came to the
conclusion that on everything u buy u have to try and get more then u pay for since if u don't they will think your just a wussy and will rip u off... Edited by: neoken |

Well I think alot of people can agree that alot of dealers are retarded bastards and if he is going to stab you hes probly that much more retarded. Alot of dealers will jip you, its a matter of wheather you will stand for it or not. I have never contiued to buy from someone who has cut/riped anyone off. Know who your up against, and dont get to drastic, no amount of coke is worth your life. now with that said, in SWIMS experance with dealers being nice and submisive dosent usally get the responce you want, depending on how rational the dealer is. Dont get too worked up over it, but be a bit angry. SWIM has gotten good results by being pretty aggresive. This is in no way ment to advocate starting up some shit with your dealer. calling him on somthing is probly going to thretin his "power" and his status in the game. This is what has worked FOR SWIM, everone goes about things diffrently, with diffrent dealers and is viewed diffrently by diffrent people.

Don't be aggressive, don't be passive, be assertive.
Sounds like you were being too 'nice' to the dealer, which can seem like "passive/aggressive" attitude, I.E. almost as bad as if you DID say he ripped you off. Instead, assert very forcefully without sounding like you want to fight or be violent. Say that unless you get the other 0.5g he owes you, you want your money back on the whole deal. He may say no, but he would probably not talk about using a knife. Either that, or just never return to that dealer again. P.S. this thread reminds me why SWIM thinks cola is no longer worth the hassles. Quote:

this reminds me of a time when swims friends tried buying coke and this girl brought it up to the place to give it to us. she gave it to swims friends and he opend up the bag and it looked like all soda. the girl even agrees so she calls the dealer up to the reasturtant where we were meating her. so he comes up and statrs bitchin about how he opend the bag. so now the dealer is telling my frined you take this and give me the money or i take the money from you and you dont get it . he punched my frined in the face and we took off with the money and they chased us but we got away. whats wrong with people like this.

Gotta remember, the people who coke dealers sell to aren't always the sweetest people on the planet either... never sold it myself, but I imagine you have to be aggressive, paranoid & even nasty to survive long in the 'business'. IMO coke is just bad karma, no matter how much fun it can be (& SWIM agrees, it can be a lot of fun). SWIM always found the buying part to be a huge pain in the ass to get over with ASAP.Edited by: Nicaine

it´s hard to find a dealer that´s not an addict, and permanent use of coca plus the gangster part of the dealing is probably the cause of much of theese problems. they might have seen lots of moovies too.

you have two real options for a resolution here: 1: Go back and confront the dealer and try to work something out one way or another (come prepared, and you know what I mean). 2: Just let it be and don't use that dealer again. Edited by: sitbcknchill |

^^ Change your mind did you??
As I already read what you wrote before you edited it I would just like to say that threatening to rat someone out is worse than actually ratting them out just for the fact is they now know exactly who ratted them out....anyways back to my point....rat out no one...not even your enemy...its bad karma my friend and can have a snowball effect <---no pun intended

I had a friend who dealt yay for an entire summer to pay for school, he
hated every minute of it, especially because he dealt in the burbs outside of NYC. I'm talking about a 16 year old kid. He hated it because it was so easy to make a profit (addictive to sell), and he started using his own stash (addictive to use). He's never touched it since, and it gave me a whole insight into this bloody drug. |

thats nothin new, hementioned that solution of his before.first i reacted like you,but you gotta agree it is very logical and practical approach...use the pigs to eliminate the compet...imean the dirty dealer.but still its not my cup of tea....plus its not a very perspective way of eliminating dealers, you wont stay annon forever.. my solution-dont deal w dealers,if you have to use a trusted source,or someone else.here coke dealers are veeery quick on the trigger and the deal often ends as a bloodbath, soswim really doesnt likedoing businessw them. |

Yeah, its the coke that makes them so "quick on the trigger", I realized that too. daeron youre from slovenia, if your profile is correct? Here in Berlin Arabs and Russians and Turkish guys share the business and - no offend - they are the fastest when it comes to everlasting solutions. Dealing with Arabs is the worst. When in trouble you often have the whole family in your neck and they are the doorkeepers in clubs and a member in every district, so its not easy to get away. Remembers me of the guy who had to leave th city because he got in trouble with one Arab. The father told his sons to either kill the guy or make him pay 15.000. They have no problem killing their sister if she hurts family honor. No joke. I heard bad stories first hand. So dealing with Arabs is a big no no. Edited by: bogumil |

The position that you suggest requires adherence to a JAILHOUSE ETHIC which has been in wide practice long before the alcohol prohibition era. This makes perfect sense only if you truely consider drug use a CRIME which would make you a CRIMINAL, who is then subject to a CRIMINAL CODE OF ETHICS. I, on the otherhand, believe that drug use is an UNALIENABLE RIGHT, not meant to be undermined by unconstitutional mandates issued by pompus self-servng egotists (lets just call them politicians for short) who see themselves as social archetects rather than defenders of the rights of men. My position on this issue is not unknown. Quote:

"bad karma." Perhaps the "bad Karma" is what comes when someone decides not to lay down and ignore an economic rapist in their midst, repays the injustice by ratting out the the one who CHEATED</font> them in the first place. THAT seems more like "karma" to me.Edited by: Woodman |

I don't know woodman I guess it's the way I grew up, kinda like when you were little and you used to tattle on your brother or whatever and then you end up getting your ass whooped for telling on your brother...it was really a no win situation....
And honestly if you ratted out that coke dealer there is a good possibility that they would find out and then your ass is grass which is why it is not worth it because of a half g of some blow.... I don't rat anybody out for shit...it's just the way I roll..hate me if ya wanna but it's the way it is... |

And you are encouraging people that get pissed off at their dealers to rat them out to take care of the problem...shit if I got ratted out evertime I pissed a coke head off cause the tweaker didn't think something was right when it was I would have been locked away a long time ago....

I think you're confusing being "ripped-off" with being
"pissed-off." Regardless of whether your own client base is subject to such instability, it still does not justify denying all the rest of society a reasonable venue for civil recourse, and does NOTHING to explain your advocacy for jailhouse ethics. Quote:

I wasn't trying to say you hated me as I know for a fact thats not the case it was more or less a general statement.
As much as I'd like to continue this (not really ) I got to get up in 2 hours to go to work....But as an ending note....do what you gotta do...but be prepared for the consequences that your actions may bring upon you...thats all |

I am absolutely against ratting people out. One point that
doesn't hurt my stance is that if somebody finds out you ratted on them it could end up VERY bad for you. In a case like bogumil's it sounds like youd end up dead fast. OR You can avoid that whole situation by just buying from friends of friends, people who you know are cool. Stay away from the shady SOBs. Personally, I never deal with somebody unless I find someone I trust to put in a good word for them. Most people I buy from are people that I go chill with. |

I kinda agree with woodman's stance. But that's just pure philosophy man. In the real world, drugs are illegal and considered a criminal activity. That doesn't mean I think of myself as breaking the law or being a criminal, but I sure as hell don't treat an unfair dealer like I would treat a store that ripped me off. Plus I don't think I would have the balls to report someone. I hate cops. And I hate dealing with cops. End of story. |

Well over here there are a lot of dealers and i've never had problems with quantity but quality is a different story. But if one is bad you just go to someone else, what a luxury ![]() And i try never to get it from arabs or other foreighners, i just dont trust them. |
