Addiction - Adderall and girl

Where Panda lives there are kinds of girls who are always fiends for adderall and i mean as in most always go way out of their way for just a small little dose. They will take 20mg of this or less just for a buzz? Does SWIy hear or have this problem? Panda cant imagine why someone has this addiction and it seems most common with girls can someone shed light on Panda as in why

In swim's area it's pretty slim pickin's unless one has a real connection (thankfully swim has managed to keep a steady connection through all the chaos), so it's not uncommon to be driving around all day hunting for less than 100mgs through various unreliable connections. Swim hasn't noticed any gender preference with this kind of behavior. If anything it's more common for guys to be scouring than girls, but then again, swim's gf is the only female he knows of adderall-inclination.

sorry, it was just kind of vague, but not too many people I know looking for adderall,

I was prescribed it because I have ADD, it gives you a nice buzz and makes you all jittery, I could see why some would like it.

It could be SWIY's friends dont know where else to get it, or it could be they see adderall as a "socially acceptable" drug so they would go out of their way to take adderall vs trying to find a street upper (meth, coke whatever).

SWIM cant relate to wanting to take it JUST for the buzz, he would get some from a friend when he had a test, long day at work, something big going on the next day but it was just to help SWIM be more productive.

SWIM only takes 10-20mg at a time 2-3 times a day to keep his tolorance low, 20mg is a pretty high dose for people that have no tolorance. If SWIY has been taking like 80mg everyday then 20mg will be nothing to SWIY but to someone with no tolorance its quite a bit.

SWIM remembers once he was at his friends who did EVERY kind of drug and hung out with the worst druggies and this girl comes to his door claiming she rode the bus 1.5 hours to get here just for a few Xanax. Which since SWIMs friend was becoming literally crazy and a chronic lier he said that he had xanax on him which then was "he could get some" so she was waiting for 2 hours sitting on the couch and it turned out he couldnt get any or was just making the whole thing up so she left with nothing and had to take the bus 1.5 hours back home. All this over like 5mg of Xanax. That reminds SWIM of SWIYs story except maybe a little more extreme =).

Swim wouldn't consider Adderall to be Addictive (though he admits it may be to a small percentage) so much as Habit Forming.

In Swim's experiences, the desire to use it often correlates with the issue of passing time and addressing boredom.

Swim tends to reserve the term Addiction for drugs that involve more dependency/withdrawal issues.

Swim is certain that should any "Adderall Addict" have a "serious problem," that it is almost entirely (he would estimate 98% or 99%) because the "Addict" just doesn't want to stop yet.

Simply put, Adderall Addiction shouldn't be your greatest concern in life (though if it is, by all means, take it very seriously!).
