Drug info - Adderall and ambien

My friend took a lot of adderall throughout the day today. 180 mg's. Hes been feeling good all day. Some head pressure he always seems to get. He smoked some zo hai at about 7 and he got the usual really bad physical anxiety he usually gets. Tight feeling chest. Really uncomfortable. But it happens every time he smokes herb or any kind of smoke so he tries not to worry about it since it must be anxiety.. and all in his head.

Anyway, about an hour a go, he took a couple ambien because he knew he wouldnt be able to sleep. He took his last dose at like 8 like an idiot. Once they kicked in, he felt REALLY fucking weird. Things didn't look right, he couldn't walk normal, kind of stumbling around and he was having mild hallucinations. Things would move strange when he looked at them, like the tree branches and the pattern on the curtain.

He decided he would play one more game on this dogfighting game him and his uncle play. He was flying around and everything just looked crazy and not quite right and the next thing he knew his plane was wrecked into the ground and his uncle was looking at him funny and said dude you need to go to bed.

He doesn't know what happened. He thinks he may have blacked out. His uncle said he just let go of the stick and looked around strangely for about 1 minute. This kind of freaks me out.

So do you think this is from the ambien or the large amount of adderall he consumed today? His heart is beating about 60-70 bpm's. It seems like it is beating harder than usual. The rythym isn't really that consistent. Part of him is worried about some high blood pressure or something.

Anyway, sorry to ramble. This just kind of worried me and was hoping someone had some answers. Im off to try and get some sleep.
