Alternating Adderall With Vynase And Ephedra?

SWIM had used ephedra w/ caffeine for about a month, going from 15-25 mg, still felt the effects and was even given heart palpations even with baby aspirin. SWIM recently stopped using ephedra and starting taking Adderall 15 mg this week. SWIM used it last Friday to test it out. Then again on monday-thursday. SWIM also has Vyvanse 30 mg lying around, and took that on this hallow's eve Friday, and had a similar feeling to adderall but not quite as peaked or vallied. SWIM is pretty sure 30 mg is supposed to be the equivlant of Adderall 15 mg, even though Adderall is a mixture of salts and Vyvanse is only XR of one.

SWIM is going to start taking magnesium citrate at night in order to reduce building a tolerance to the amps, but is curious if alternating the Adderall and Vyvanse (Adderall one day Vyvanse the next, ephedra w/ caffeine on weekends) will help reduce and/or effect in any way tolerance in and of itself to these amps? And even though ephedra is not technically an amp it still has similar CNS stimulating properties?

Thanks

forgot to mention the Adderall in question is XR
