Heroin AND Subutex Drug Test

If swim snorted/smoked heroin and a day or two later continued to take swims prescription subutex. When swim goes to get drug tested swim has a doctors note stating that swim will fail opiates b/c of a prescription. Will they know sim has heroin and subutex or will they just accept the fact that swim failed and not see the two types of opiates?
