Smoking - Smoking Tobacco Out Of A Bong?

anyone ever smoke tobacco out of a bong? i know thats what they're made for but i never heard of anyone using it for anything but weed...just lookin to see how many ppl actually do

Just hookahs, in hookah bars...there's a bunch of them in NYC, good places to go to drink if you're underage...

hookah bars are great, great flavors, great setting, very nice people usually, and for a couple clams you can sit around a table and enjoy some smooth tobbacco with some friends ^_^

Yeah nothing like hitting a hookah packed with weed after work,so smooth you can't feel smoke inhaled.

In my experience, smoking tobacco out of a water pipe gives a pretty intense nicotine rush for about the same about of tobacco in one cigarette.

SWIM's first experience with smoking tobacco through anything but cigars and cigarettes was a tiny little water pipe without any water in it, a bowl packed full of tobacco, not particularly nice tobacco, but better than ripped up fags (euch). This, incase you were wondering, was rough as FUCK.

It was a long time before SWIM dared pack a bowl of tobacco again, but he does enjoy it, not so much that he does it that often, but it is nice once in a while.

Does SWIM need to say SWIM here? If he dosen't, I'll let him know.

SWIM did smoke tobacco in a bong on a couple of occasions.
First time out of curiosity, other times out of desperation since he didn't have
any MJ, but wanted to feel the tobacco headrush you get from hitting the bong.

In SWIMHO, it's a really disgusting thing to do, could never finish the bowl
as he could have, were it mixed with only a little weed.

In any case it's a really heavy headrush, that makes you almost fall over.
Not advisable.

The first time SWIM smoked tobacco out of a bong it was awful, he pulled on it really hard the first hit and choked so bad he thought he was going to barf, it didn't help that he had just ripped a cig open and used that tobacco either, after that he was very wary of doing it again, but his friend had some nice pipe tobacco and swim pulled on it nice and easy, it was nice the second time when it was done correctly.

I recently made a home made water bong and spoked tobacco and I must say it beats smoking cigarettes by a long shot. The water also takes out the nasties in the tobacco smoke and it tasted nice, no paper taste and no chemically taste like in cigarettes. I smoked it using a metal funnel and i'm assuming that metal doesn't give off any toxic chemicals. Anyways any smokers that don't want to die but love smoking try this method.

burning or inhaling burnt smoke from any material is harmful. Try a vaporizer and try tobacco in it if u want to smoke it safety if at possible.

Patches work quite well if your thinking about stopping your intake of smoking carcinogens.

Also note Nicotine the main active ingredient in tobacco as well as in the smoke is also carcinogenic.

I believe that inhaling smoke from a glass bowl is less harmful than a metal one, depending on what kind of metal that funnel is...
Smoking tobacco through a bong is still SMOKING, sorry to be annoying. Vapourization of a plant material such as tobacco would consist of heating the material (indirectly) until it gives off vapours. It shouldn't catch on fire.

I did that once, it was an alien head bong with flexible pipes if I remember rightly, four pipes, four people. Used drum which is about the fowlest tobacco known to man, and packed the gargantuan bowl to the brim. It was disgusting to say the least, 3 out of the four people choked from its noctious fumes, leaving one hardhead stoner (not I). Bongs have a purpose, and it is not for tobacco i'm affraid. Saying that Hukkahs and Shishas, with flavoured tobacco, that's nice, but have to have about 8 people to finish a big one off in my experience.
