Frozen hands and fingers do you have a remedy?

SWIM went on a N2O bender over the last few days. Hooray the student aid checks are in! Her hands and fingers are still sore from holding on to the freezing cracker. She is looking for a remedy. She would look like a dork wearing mittens and it would make loading the charges a real bitch. Ya she knows a smart person would have put it down. She is hoping one of the other SWIMers knows a good way to keep her digits from freezing off with out interfering with the operation of her cracker.

SWIY may find using a small dishtowel or rag to be of some help. A sock may work to. SWIM uses a small 8" x 8" microfiber towel to shield against the extreme cold.

SWIM feels your pain though, can be a real drag to have to deal with a very oddly placed frostbite injury.

Re: Frozen hands and fingers do you have a remedy?

Swim has found microfiber very useful, as it seems to grip very well.

(Socks are a great idea, as mentioned above ...ladies trouser socks being perfect b/c they are thin but still shield from cold)

Swiy probably already knows this as she seems smart, but swim is going to say it anyway, just to be safe:

Swiy might want to take a Vitamin B supplement just to be on the safe side, just to thwart off any neurological symptoms, as heavy Nitrous Oxide (N2O ) use can lead to B12 deficiency which can lead to neurological symptoms.

Have fun and be safe. Swim lovessss Nitrous!

SWIM tries to remember to take her B vitamins and some extra C on the rare occasions when she binges. Stockings are a great idea they work well to keep out the cold and are thin enough they shouldn't hamper or slow her down. She will try it out over the weekend and let you know how it works out.

Agree the odd frost bite marks are so hard to explain.
