Dose - Just took 250mg diph, got a few quick questions (kind of urgent)

my chest kind of hurts and im getting tired. I took them about an hour ago and just feel tired. I took 350 a week ago and went completely sleepy and uncontrolled. I normally take around 100mg to sleep though and then I just pass out. I may have developed a tolerance.

its 1 hour in and nothing unusual besides being kind of dumb

also, has anyone had success snorting this? last time I did that I was really drunk and benzoed and just passed out after snorting 4

should i add 50mg to this?
