Zytram 2x 150mg XL

ok so swim found 2 pills of 150mg Zytram XL. He knows that Zytram is a relativly new formula of Tramadol.

now swims wants to know if theres something to do with 300mg of tramadol. these are extended releash pills is swim wants to use them does he have to crush then? can he snort? if yes is it gonna hurt...

help him please
