how to enjoy ritalin without crash

the best thing to do when taking rit. is to set a limit no more than 120mg within 6hr and because you wont want to eat buy 2 cans of ensure or slimfast and drink them after you are done it will help with the crash if you are going to be around people when crashing stop 3hr before or they will know somthing is up. The hardest part is when you have more in your pocket and you have done 120mg up the nose stoping but you have to!! very important if you want a ok night if you stop by 3-4:00 you will get to sleep unless you take them orally then it stays in you but a swig off some nyquill helps. hope this helps

Methylphenidate will react within a wide spectrum to different individuals. Thank you for sharing your technique; but in the experience of someone who is definitely not me, he could not ingest any ~ six hours before his intended bedtime if he had hopes of sleeping.

Also, dosing oneself with cough medicines / deleriants / NSAIDs is not a healthy habit. For the best experience, one should learn the affects of methylphenidate and work around it naturally.

To each his own, happy dosing!

Why would Slimfast be beneficial? I am unfamiliar as to why diet drinks would facilitate a mellow crash to methylphenidate; unless the original poster is implying that one should drink them instead of eating.

MPH very, very non-toxic compared to similar drugs, it takes a massive amount to cause negative side effects. This doesn't mean that taking large amounts is smart/safe/ or neccesary to feel the effect. Swim doesn't recomend snorting it, as it seems to induce crash like symptoms. 20-30 mg's should be enough to get most users in the right place, but this varies widely from individual to individual.

swim has been taking MPH for years and doesn't abuse it that often, but has none of the horrible "crashes" that people hear talk about in recent memory
