Bermagot(A citrus fruit) affecting drugs

So swim was telling me he read a post on wikipedia about how a citrus fruit called bermagot affects the oral bioavailability of many drugs, and he was speculating that perhaps science is a bit behind and this is why people drink orange juice/grapefruit juice with psychedelics, if this is the case, he was also speculating that if citrus increases the oral bioavailibility of many drugs perhaps herein is the solution to an easy effecient marijuana drink. Anyone care to give their 2 cents?
